Senior Sourcing Manager

<p>Job ID: 22175 <br/>  </p> <p>We are looking for a Senior Sourcing Manager to become part of our Data Licensing Team. You have strong commercial acumen and mindset, great interpersonal skills and you enjoy negotiations. Previous experience of category sourcing / management is a must.</p> <p> </p> <p>This is an opportunity for you to work with Nordea's existing and future market data suppliers enabling Nordea to create great customer experiences. Nordea is on an ambitious journey to improve its Cost/Income ratio with high focus on initiatives within all business areas to deliver on this strategy.</p> <p> </p> <p>Data Licensing plays a key role in this exciting and challenging journey, and you will be driving a range of sourcing and category activities across the bank with a range of different stakeholders at all levels. You will be working in a fun and fast-paced environment with colleagues across the Nordics and Poland. Influencing and being able to constructively challenge your stakeholders is a key quality to succeed in this role.</p> <p> </p> <p>Specifically, you will drive a wide range of procurement activities including:</p> <ul> <li>Driving internal analyses and market analyses to determine the appropriate sourcing strategy</li> <li>Preparing for and executing negotiations with suppliers</li> <li>Developing tactical and strategic recommendations for project steering committees and managing stakeholders to ensure alignment with the project objectives and strategy</li> <li>Drafting of contracts in close cooperation with our legal experts to ensure that we reduce risks and costs while increasing the value of our contracts</li> <li>Suggesting and driving improvement activities to the main Data Licensing consumers</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>The role is based in any of the Nordic capitals or Łódź.</p> <p> </p> <p>Who you are</p> <p> </p> <p>Collaboration.
