JOB SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS
1. Conduct reflects HMHD's values and a commitment to HMHD's Code of Conduct.
2. Attends the required corporate integrity and compliance training and education programs.
3. Demonstrates proficiency in understanding the materials presented during the corporate integrity and compliance training and education program.
4. Complies with all HIPAA standards.
5. Reviews daily stock outs and corrects if necessary
6. Accurately checks and fills floor stock if necessary
7. Issues, fills and delivers requisitioned supplies to departments within the employee's responsibility.
8. Responds to calls from floors for supply requests.
9. Put stock away in the storeroom in the proper location
10. Obtain proper signatures for internal deliveries so as to have proper documentation of delivery made
11. Delivers and picks up mail from Post Office when needed
12. Delivers and picks up mail from off-site locations of Hunt Regional Healthcare when needed
13. Maintains vehicle in a clean, neat and orderly manner. Notifies supervisor of repair and maintenance needs.
14. Makes daily bank run for all Hunt Regional Healthcare locations as needed.
15. Delivers food to Hunt Regional Healthcare facilities when needed.
16. Picks up Lab specimens at off-site lab to bring to main campus resource lab when needed.
17. Transports materials and equipment from Supply Chain to user departments off-site from the main campus.
18. Maintains accurate par levels at areas of responsibility.
19. Sort mail effectively into proper locations as needed.
20. Performs all duties assigned by the Supply Chain Operations Manager or Director of Supply Chain.
