Product Specialist, Tietoevry Banking (m/f/d)
We are looking for a Product Specialist who wants to be part of Tietoevry Banking. Tietoevry Banking is the leading financial services software and solution partner in the Nordics. We offer modular, pre-integrated banking as a service solutions and market-leading software for core, payments, credit, cards, financial fraud, and wealth. With our scale, expertise, and specialization, we empower financial institutions to enhance agility, efficiency, and accelerate digital transformation. FCP department delivers a holistic set of services covering Identity, Fraud Prevention and Anti-Money Laundering (AML) to prevent criminal activity in the financial industry and enable customers to comply with regulations, standards and internal risk assessments. FCP consists of 150 employees based mainly in Norway and Sweden and is looking to expand to other European countries.
Product Strategy and Development:
Contribute to the development of product strategy, vision statement, roadmaps, value propositions, and action and sales plans
Take lead on product development across FCP products
Develop user cases, user stories and concept notes
Develop product and presentation material
Specialist Roles:
Specialist across products in FCP
Act as the product team's data specialist and analyst ("know your data", insights/GDPR)
Customer and Stakeholder Engagement:
Participate in and contribute to customer meetings
Secure and support product handover to marketing, customer success, and sales
Ensure documentation is thorough and up to date, work closely with marketing, sales, and compliance team
Service Catalogue and Process Management:
Overall responsibility for the Service Catalogue in the Product Unite
Draw product, customer and business processes (flowcharts)
Responsible for ensuring maintenance of routines in the Product Unit ensuring consistency and efficiency
Data and Analysis:
Responsible for creating and presenting statistics, analyses and analytics supporting data-driven decision-making and product improvement
Project and Team Contributions:
Both take lead and participate in projects and deliveries
Contribute across the product team, collaborating with various stakeholders to achieve shared goals
Report to the Head of Product
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field. A master's degree is a plus
2-3 years proven experience as a Business Analyst, Financial Analyst, Product Manager or similar role, with a focus on business process analysis and continuous improvement
Or 3 years as a consultant with similar responsibilities
Experience from product development
Experience from one or more product area within; trust services, Fraud Prevention- and/or KYC/AML product is an advantage
Experience in strategic product pricing, financial performance, cost calculations, budgeting, and ROI-analysis
Experience in agile development methodologies, i.e., Scrum, SAFe frameworks is an advantage
Skills:
Strong analytical skills
Curious and fast learner
Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Excel, SQL, BI tools)
Proficiency in creating flowcharts and visual representations
Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
