Lead annual compensation planning process and administration.

  • Benefits Administration: Oversee the company’s benefits programs, including health insurance, wellness programs, retirement plans (e.g., 401(k)), paid time off, and other employee perks, ensuring that offerings are attractive and cost-effective.

  • Market Analysis: Monitor total rewards trends to maintain competitiveness and adapt programs in response to external shifts, like remote work trends or hot job/capabilities, and recommend updates as needed.

  • Compliance and Legal Oversight: Ensure total rewards programs comply with local, state, and federal regulations in each country in which we operate.

  • Employee Communication: Lead efforts to communicate total rewards programs to employees and leaders, ensuring understanding and value recognition of the organization’s compensation and benefits packages.

  • Vendor Management: Manage relationships with external compensation and benefits vendors, brokers, and consultants.

  • Equity and Long-Term Incentive Plans: Assist with administration of equity compensation programs and long-term incentive plans.

  • Board Materials: Partner with Chief People Officer and Chief Legal Officer to ensure all necessary materials are ready and accurate for Board meetings.

Experience you’ll bring:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. A Master’s degree or MBA is preferred.

  • Experience: 10+ years of experience in HR, with a focus on total rewards, compensation, and benefits. Proven experience at the leadership level, including managing global total rewards programs.

  • Expertise in Total Rewards Programs: Strong knowledge of compensation structures, sales compensation, salary survey systems, executive compensation, equity programs, and employee benefits administration.

  • Analytical and Strategic Thinking: Expertise in data analysis and financial modeling for compensation, bonus, and benefits plans. Ability to translate business objectives into rewards strategies that drive employee engagement.

  • Leadership: Demonstrated experience in leading and managing HR teams, including coaching, mentoring, and talent development.

  • Communication and Stakeholder Management: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels and communicate complex information effectively.
