Role Summary
ASP Global is seeking a highly capable Executive Administrator to support the CEO and Executive Leadership Team. This individual will serve as a trusted partner, managing executive calendars, coordinating high-level meetings, arranging travel, and ensuring seamless communication. The role requires exceptional organizational skills, professionalism, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced, growth-oriented environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage complex calendars and coordinate meetings with internal teams, Platinum Equity, and external business partners.
- Plan and execute meetings/events (on-site and off-site), including agendas, materials, and follow-ups.
- Arrange domestic and international travel; prepare detailed itineraries and reconcile expenses.
- Provide executive communication support: screen/prioritize emails, draft correspondence, and manage communications on behalf of executives.
- Collect and prepare data/materials for scorecards, MBOs, and quarterly leadership presentations.
- Support expense administration and compliance-related coordination.
Qualifications
Skills & Competencies
- Strong proficiency with MS Office Suite (Outlook, Teams, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Familiarity with expense management systems (e.g., Concur).
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills; able to manage competing priorities.
- Professional written and verbal communication; represents executives with discretion and diplomacy.
- High attention to detail; able to deliver accurate work under tight deadlines.
- Trusted with sensitive and confidential information.
Candidate Profile
- Experience: 3–5 years supporting C-level executives or senior leaders as an Executive Administrator or similar role.
- Industry Fit: Private equity-backed, high-growth, or international company experience preferred.
- Skills: Demonstrated success managing complex calendars, travel, and projects for senior executives.
- Attributes: Brings GRIT (resilience, initiative, and drive) and a great attitude; highly proactive, resourceful, poised under pressure, and adaptable in a fast-moving environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred, or equivalent professional experience.
