POSITION OVERVIEW

The Marketing & Activation Manager will play a key role in growing Harbor Health’s presence and engagement strategies as we expand our clinically driven insurance model in the Austin healthcare market. This role is ideal for a creative, adaptable, and hands-on marketer who is excited to work in a mission-driven, growth-focused environment. You will have the opportunity to develop local marketing tactics, collaborate with sales teams, and build strong connections with communities to drive awareness, trust, and enrollment.

POSITION DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Marketing & Brand Growth
  • Help execute community multi-channel marketing campaigns .
  • Assist in crafting compelling messaging and promotional strategies.
  • Support brand-building efforts to create awareness and credibility in the Austin market.
• Community Engagement & Event Activation
  • Assist in planning and executing community activations, sponsorships, and local marketing efforts.
  • Build relationships with community partners to extend Harbor Health’s reach.
  • Represent Harbor Health at events, ensuring a strong and welcoming presence.
• Sales & Broker Support
  • Participate in customizing marketing materials, presentations, and digital content for sales teams and brokers.
