QC Auditor- 3rd Shift

MANDATORY DUTIES:

1. Quality awareness/Right to Know.
2. Understanding of SPC. Use SPC software entry, analyze and print.
3. Basic understanding of Capability Studies.
4. Basic understanding of Gage Studies and participate in Gage Studies.
5. Ensure Operation Instructions are at the workstations.
6. Populate designed are on Production Report.
7. Understanding and use of Hold System and Hold Log Sheet.
8. Assist with training Operators (Operation Instructions and Job Specific Documents).
9. Know where to find Hard Copy of Quality Manual.
10. Know where to find Hard Copy of Lab Manual.
11. Communicate with previous shift Quality Inspector to facilitate communication between shifts.
12. Understand and perform in-process audits and final audits.
13. Use of measurement devices (Calipers, Micrometers, Fixtures, etc.)
14. Understanding and use of Partial Tags & Partial Log Sheet.
15. Use only Calibrated equipment.
16. Perform First. Last piece approval.
17. Understanding of problem solving and various tools to facilitate problem solving.
18. Make Mask Labels and Bar code Labels.
19. Understanding of the Bar Code label system (one unique serial number per container).
20. Remove and replace documentation from workstation at Job Change.
21. Has the authority to stop production to correct quality problems.
22. Other duties as assigned by your supervisor.
23. Understand how to use weight scales and to properly tare the scales.
24. Have and understanding of the Lear quality system, procedures, and processes.
25. Verification of components and material.
