And, we’re just getting started!</p><p>With over 1,000+ global FlyMates, representing more than 40 nationalities, and in 14 offices world-wide, we’re looking for FlyMates to join the next stage of our journey as we continue to grow.</p><h3>Job Description</h3><p><strong>The Opportunity:</strong></p><p>As the Compensation Manager working as a member of the People Team, you will take a leadership role in the execution of global compensation programs to meet the evolving business demands for a rapidly growing technology company.  You will leverage your global experience and expertise to help evolve and implement Flywire’s compensation programs with a focus on both driving execution and alignment across our organization.</p><p>You will use your analytical, quantitative, and creative skills to construct, review and differentiate our rewards platform. This role is highly collaborative and cross-functional, requiring regular communication with customers and stakeholders across the organization. The role requires enthusiasm, excellent analytical and organization skills, and a unique talent for nurturing strong relationships.</p><p>You’ll need to be able to effectively partner with, and integrate the capabilities of, our People Team partners into our teams’ day-to-day operations. It will be the responsibility of the manager to lead current initiatives and to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. </p><p>Flywire is a fast-paced, dynamic company that continually presents opportunities to boldly innovate and solve complex challenges. You will be a key stakeholder working closely with hiring managers and executives as you identify top talent together.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p><ul><li>Responsible for administering and interpreting the Flywire  global compensation plan</li><li>Partner with the People Business Partners and Talent teams on approach to counteroffers, off-cycle or exception-based increases, salary compression issues, etc. in an equitable manner</li><li>Participate in compensation surveys and participate in Market Pricing activities to ensure Flywire is remaining competitive with its total compensation packages</li><li>Lead the processes of salary range development and annual review/updates</li><li>Assist in the administration of job architecture: job structure, job analysis, job matching and job leveling across the company</li><li>Partner with the Head of Total Rewards on focal planning and review cycles, focal system configuration and support and communications from design to launch</li><li>Help counsel, communicate, and educate business leaders, People Partners and TA team on compensation programs and processes, job evaluations, policy and guideline interpretations and pay recommendations</li><li>Assist in maintaining systems for employees to ensure accuracy of compensation data</li><li>Create compensation review cycle files and conduct audits post-effective date (compensation data, titles, job levels, etc.)</li><li>Assist in the design/development of any new compensation programs</li></ul><h3>Qualifications</h3><p><strong>Here’s What We’re Looking For:</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent experience</li><li>3-6+ years of progressive experience in Compensation; experience in a global environment is a plus</li><li>Experience with Radford survey participation and analyses, annual compensation cycle process, job architecture implementation and salary range development</li><li>Experience managing compensation programs that have several components including base, bonus, and equity.</li><li>Demonstrated ability to lead a cross functional initiative that
