Position Overview
The Siemens Healthineers Entra ID Administrator will be part of a global team that supports the company’s Entra ID infrastructure worldwide. This role is responsible for monitoring and operating Entra ID, supporting its ongoing development, contributing to related projects, and collaborating with colleagues across Europe, Asia, and the Americas on modern identity practices, including conditional access, hybrid identity, and Zero Trust. The position sits within the SHS IT Infrastructure Modern Workplace Core Services organization, with a dedicated focus on cloud identity.
Responsibilities
- Operate and evolve the organization's global Entra ID (Azure AD) tenant, ensuring the security and reliability of identity services.
- Manage hybrid identity synchronization between on-premises Active Directory and Entra ID
- Configure and maintain conditional access policies, multi-factor authentication, and identity governance controls.
- Contribute to the organization's Zero Trust security roadmap for identity and access management.
- Automate recurring tasks using PowerShell and the Microsoft Graph API
- Investigate and resolve sign-in, authentication, and identity-related incidents, serving as a point of contact for such issues.
- Participate in global cloud identity projects and initiatives.
- Support the implementation and maintenance of Siemens Healthineers' security standards
