Tinker Federal Credit Union’s Business Services department has an immediate opening for an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Manager, Program Management! As an Assistant Vice President (AVP)/Manager, Program Management, you will be responsible for the following:
1. Develops comprehensive program plans with defined objectives, deliverables, timelines, and budgets.
2. Coordinates and supports project managers in developing project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocations.
3. Monitors program performance, tracks progress, and proactively identifies and escalates risks, issues, or roadblocks.
4. Conducts feasibility analyses to evaluate proposed projects within the program for alignment and viability.
5. Provides data-driven insights and reporting to support decision-making and ensure alignment with strategic goals.
6. Facilitates effective communication across project teams, leadership, and stakeholders to drive alignment and transparency.
7. Leads post-program evaluations to capture lessons learned, recommend improvements, and drive continuous program excellence.
8. Prepares and maintains comprehensive program documentation, including dashboards, status reports, risk logs, and meeting records.
9. Collaborates with business unit leaders to prioritize initiatives, optimize resource allocation, and align with enterprise objectives.
10. Facilitates stakeholder engagements to manage expectations, gather feedback, and ensure shared understanding of program goals.
11. Identifies program-level risks and develops proactive mitigation strategies to minimize impact and maintain delivery success.
12. Ensures individual and related team performance effectively meets all TFCU Member Services Requirements, TFCU Missions, TFCU Goals/Objectives, and TFCU Policies/Procedures/Practices.
Salary Range:
• This is an expempt position. The starting salary range is
$140,078.25297 - $175,097.81622
: however, actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
QUALIFICATIONS:To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily.
Education and Experience:
• A bachelor’s degree in a field relatable to TFCU and/or the position and eight years of experience in project management, project planning and documentation, or project coordination are required.
• Three of the eight years of experience must be equivalent to that of the senior, lead, management, program management level. Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education.
• Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not required certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements. Financial institution experience is preferred.
Computer Skills: In addition to the qualifications listed above, knowledge and experience using Microsoft Office products is required.
Certificates, Licenses, Registrations:
1. Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCU’s chosen authority.
2. Project Management Professional (PMP) certification is required.

1. Demonstrates strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, interpret, and synthesize complex information with precision and clarity to support data-driven decisions.
2. Applies advanced knowledge of both theoretical frameworks and practical methodologies in program and project management to drive successful outcomes.
3. Leverages expertise in program management tools, frameworks, and best practices to optimize project execution, resource allocation, and risk management.
