About the role

The AVP, Internship and Early Career Programs is a newly created role designed to enhance our expanding Campus Recruiting and University Relations Team. We are looking for candidates with experience and enthusiasm for University Relations and developing internship programs. This role requires someone who excels at building relationships across all levels, has strong programmatic and project management skills, and leads their team by setting clear and realistic expectations.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a team focused on developing and managing internship and early career programs to attract and nurture emerging talent.

  • Design and implement data-driven mechanisms to assess the effectiveness of our programs and conversion rates, aligning resources to meet strategic goals.

  • Collaborate with the People Analytics team to identify potential gaps in program offerings and forecast future needs, providing insights to senior leaders.

  • Work closely with the Employment Branding Specialist to ensure the team has compelling materials for promoting programs and engaging participants.

  • Continuously research and integrate new program management tools to enhance the team's ability to develop and manage diverse and inclusive programs.

Desired Experience

  • 7+ years of experience in recruiting

  • 2+ years of experience as a people manager

  • 2+ years of program/project management

  • Demonstrated experience setting KPIs and performance standards for a sourcing or recruiting team

  • Demonstrated success building and executing sourcing strategies for all types of positions

  • Experience leveraging data to influence leaders and drive strategies regarding sourcing talent

  • Strong relationship and partnering skills


 

Pay Range:

$103,275-$172,125/year


 

Actual base salary varies based on factors, including but not limited to, relevant skill, prior experience, education, base salary of internal peers, demonstrated performance, and geographic location.
