Job Duties
Performs Circuit Card assembly operations and repair on electronic/electrical and mechanical assemblies as an individual or as a member of a cross-functional, high performance work team.
Performs rework and modification to circuit card parts and assemblies per requirement for return to service
Possess technical skills necessary to perform CCA work using detail work instructions & other released planning documentation and a variety of other supporting technical documentation
Analyze CCA product, processes, test data, and rejection history to identify root cause for problems and assist with developing corrective action.
Perform troubleshooting and component level repair of circuit cards and assemblies
Build and repair electrical and RF cable assemblies
Test and Repair Avionics Line replaceable units
Isolate and repair failures in test stations
Document work completed in compliance with all work-center standards
Order replacement parts as required to complete assigned task
Maintain tool accountability per work-center standards
Qualifications
Minimum 6 years working on military fighter aircraft or non-military aircraft
Military Technical School graduate and having served in applicable aircraft maintenance specialty or 2-yr degree in electronics or electrical engineering from accredited college or technical trade school
Ability to obtain security clearance preferred
HUNTRON tracker experience preferred
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, ABILITIES AND COMPETENCIES
Knowledge of: Oscilloscopes, Spectrum analyzer, Frequency analyzer, Frequency counter, RF generator preferred
Citizenship must be compliant with International Traffic and Arms Regulations (ITAR)
Ability to work with team
Clear communication skills
Must be able to solder

Ability to work in a fast paced, hands-on environment
Flexibility, team orientation, ability and willingness to learn

PHYSICAL DEMANDS/WORK ENVIRONMENT
