AV Technician (Active US Security Clearance Required)

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level AV Technician with an active or eligible security clearance to join our team. This role involves assisting with the installation, configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting of audiovisual (AV) systems in secure environments. The ideal candidate will have a basic understanding of AV technology, a willingness to learn, and the ability to work in government, defense, or classified facilities.
Due to Government Contract and Regulations, all viable candidates must have an active US Security Clearance This is a fully onsite position

Responsibilities:

• Assist in the installation and setup of AV equipment, including displays, projectors, speakers, microphones, and control systems.
• Support the integration and troubleshooting of AV components such as Crestron, Extron, Biamp, Cisco, Polycom, and AMX.
• Help configure and maintain video conferencing, digital signage, and presentation systems.
• Run and terminate cabling (HDMI, Cat6, fiber, audio cables) for AV systems.
• Perform basic network configurations for AV over IP solutions.
• Work with secure environments, ensuring compliance with DoD, government, or federal security protocols.
