Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily operations of the administrative staff; set objectives and goals.

• Meet with team members regularly to review objectives, and review areas of concern.

• Verify accounting team members are accurately managing Payable and Receivable duties.

• Verify titles team members are completing paperwork timely and accurately.

• Responsible for ensuring timely collection and submission of IRS form 8300.

• Account for all document, ensure that none are missing.

• Comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and sales tax filings. 

• Recruit and train new team members of departmental processes.

• Responsible for continued development and training of departmental employees.

• Provide regular coaching to employees, allow opportunity for feedback, correct poor behavior, follow performance management standards.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Business or other relevant field.

• 5+ years experience.
