The audiometric technician, under the supervision of an Audiologist, will be responsible for all hearing screenings in the neonatal intensive care unit (NICU). This will include the tracking of referrals to ensure follow up on an outpatient basis, as well as reporting appropriate documentation to the state department. The audiometric technician will assist with the processing and tracking of hearing devices, perform hearing aid walk in clinic, and provide appropriate documentation. The Senior Audiologist will supervise the audiometric technician.

High School Diploma or GED Required  

Audiology Assistant licensure by the Georgia Board of Examiners in Audiology Required
