Audio / Video Technician

Job Type: Full-time permanent position. M-F 7:00 AM -5:00PM

Location: Cedar Springs and surrounding counties.

Pay: $20.00-$34.00 Per hour DOE + No out-of-pocket benefit expenses! 

Job Duties:

• Installation of ducts and conduits, pulling cables, and terminating, testing, and repairing interior and outside copper, coaxial, and fiber optic cabling.
• Maintain Audio / Video and conferencing -unique hardware, software and peripherals (Projections Equipment Flat Panel Displays, Audio DSP’s, Control System processors and touch panels.
• Must have the ability to be able to follow signal flow schematics / diagrams for installation and O&M Maintenance.
• Provide A/V Operational Support.
• Install audio video Components: Projectors, TVs, speakers, Etc.
• Installation of cameras and recording components.

Requirements:

• 1-2 Years previous experience with Fiber optics, installation of CCTV, Cables, Electrical components.
• Valid Driver's License in good standing.
• Ability to Pass Background Check.
• Ability to take direction and work well with others.
• Positive attitude to learn and grow your expertise with hands on training and guidance from lead Technicians.
• Attention to detail and strong written, verbal communication skills.

• 8-hour shift

• Cedar Springs, MI: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

 

Experience:

• Audio / Video Installation / Service: 1 year (Required)

 

License/Certification:

• Driver's License (Required)
