Attraction Ops Manager - Fly Linq
Responsible for the daily operations of the High Roller and Fly LINQ Attractions during his/her shift, as well as the overall guest experience. Ensures all training is completed and all operations are safe and efficient. Managers will consistently monitor the various operating stations within both attractions. This involves visiting all the operating areas on a regular basis during a normal shift and monitoring guest movement, operations, and employee interactions with guests. Managers will also interact with and give guidance to the Shift Lead/Supervisor Employee and will serve as a problem solver for guest relations issues. Works to constantly improve customer satisfaction as well balancing the staffing requirements for the daily and nightly anticipated ridership. Constantly trying to improve ride cycle times to help reduce ride wait times. Works to identify issues before they become problems. Works to keep ride downtime to a minimum. Helps develop new policies and procedures. Provides feedback to Director of Operations and Ride Maintenance Manager.
KEY JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Review and monitor the efficiency of the physical operation for both High Roller and Fly LINQ. And recommend changes for the continual improvements, productivity and ridership
- Follow the basic principles of Safety, Courtesy, Show, and Capacity as they relate to attractions.
- Process information and make good business-related decisions.
- Monitor employee interactions with guests
- Use appropriate measuring system to evaluate employee job performance.
- Report on employee absence/PTO requests/UKG updates
- Serve as a problem solver related to guest interactions.
- Works in collaboration with other employees to create a safe, exciting experience for the High Roller and Fly LINQ guest.
- Complies with and upholds company expectations including Code of Commitment, policies, procedures, industry regulations, and gaming regulations.
- Must be able to work various shifts and hours to include holidays and weekends.
- Stays informed of property promotions, programs and amenities.:
- Willingness to work at different workstations within the High Roller and Fly LINQ, including outdoor locations
- Possess inherent customer service skills, a passion for customer care, and a commitment to proactive service and recovery as necessary
- Ability to think independently in making decisions to maximize customer service experience
- Ability to effectively manage time and perform multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent interpersonal, communication, problem solving, and analytical skills required
- Must meet professional appearance standards as prescribed by company policy
- Must be able to listen and respond to visual and aural cues
- Mobility skills to move quickly and easily around noisy high-volume establishment
- Must be able to lift 35 lbs.
- Ability to uphold and demonstrate the highest level of integrity in all situations and recognize standards required by a regulated business.
WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- May be exposed to hot/cold/windy conditions
- May be required to stand for extended periods of time

- The position will work non-traditional hours (evenings, weekends, holidays, etc.) operating in a dynamic, fast paced, and at times stressful, environment and will be expected to manage multiple projects simultaneously while demonstrating judgement on prioritization. Requires a highly energetic, detail-oriented self-starter and thoughtful manager who can work as a member of a team to solve problems and create in-person experiences that make lasting impacts.

- Must demonstrate effective verbal and written communication skills.
EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE:
- Minimum three years of Attractions and / or live event operations experience, with at least 2 years in a Supervisor or Management role. Must possess excellent planning, management and problem-solving capabilities. Experience with developing and maintaining budgets a plus.
