With the continued expansion of our Chewy Vet Care clinics, we are looking for a full-time Associate Veterinarian to join our Chewy Vet Care Practice Team. As clinical team member, you’ll work in a practice designed from the ground up by veterinarians, equipped with advanced equipment and purpose-built technology so that you can practice your best medicine and focus on patient and pet parent care. What You'll Do:
Deliver High-Quality Veterinary Care
Provide thorough, compassionate medical, surgical, and preventative care to pets.
Ensure an exceptional patient and client experience at every touchpoint.
Maintain accurate, timely medical records.
Deliver against defined individual performance targets and key metrics.
Actively support the growth and development of our paraprofessional team with a learning-focused culture.
Demonstrates proficiency in performing complex surgical procedures and mastered the ability to deliver care for complicated medical cases.
Work closely with Lead Veterinarian and Regional Medical Director to regularly review performance metrics and support the achievement of the hospital’s operational and financial goals.
Build Strong Relationships
- Establish trust and rapport with clients through clear communication and education.
- Collaborate with and delegate veterinary team members to ensure efficient, cohesive, team-based care.
- Support a welcoming and professional environment for both clients and team members.
