Job Description
Our advanced Technology capability delivers the latest digital products and platforms. We have strategic partnerships with the world’s leading marketing and technology vendors that allow us to use the top platforms and tools for our clients.
We are made up of a diverse group of qualified people with different backgrounds, who bring qualities such as, determination and creativity to our client work.
We’re searching for an Associate who can contribute to project success throughout the complete lifecycle. You will work with a team in Strategy, Marketing, Media, Creative and Technology to help achieve results for our clients. You will report to the Director, Technology.
This is a hybrid role, requiring three days in-office each week. If you are contacted for an interview, your recruiter will discuss specifics with you, inclusive of any necessary reasonable accommodations.
Your Impact:
- [TECHNOLOGY MANAGEMENT/STRATEGY]
- Manage the workflow of JIRA tickets across the Development and QA teams
- Review the output of the Development team
- Provide feedback through JIRA to the Development team
- Provide daily project and task status to the internal working team
- Resolve technical issues with the development team
- Guide cross-capability team adherence to the SDLC process
- Collaborate with business analysts, product owners, and project managers during the creation of requirements or user stories
- Collaborate with Creative team in the design review phase of the projects and providing clear feedback to help align with requirements or user stories (usability, feasibility, and accessibility)
- Support the Development team by responding to requests for clarification and deeper analysis
- Contribute to the technology management practice and the Technology capability’s continuous improvement activities by bringing ideas to the table
Qualifications
- Four-year degree (Computer Science or equivalent preferred) or equivalent work experience
- 0-2 years of work experience in the marketing technology or IT space
- To be a highly motivated person with a willingness to learn and contribute
- Familiarity with project management methodologies, e.g., Scrum and Waterfall
- Familiarity with the foundational elements of web page anatomy and building blocks, HTML, JavaScript, and CSS
- Familiarity with the marketing technologies such as websites, emails, banners, databases
- Willingness to quickly learn business and technical processes to ensure technology solutions
- Understanding of software development processes and conventions
- Excellent time management skills
- Familiarity with standard business software such as Microsoft Office Suite, web browsers, etc; and industry-specific tools JIRA, Sketch, Automated testing
