Title: Technical Business Analyst (R and Python programming mandate)

Location: Lexington, MA

Working Model – 5 days a week from office

Duration of contract: 6 Months + possible extension

Job Description:

• Seeking a skilled Business Analyst (BA) with proficiency in R and Python programming to support clinical data reporting and analysis for clinical trials, patient outcomes, or healthcare analytics. Collaborate with clinical research teams, biostatisticians, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand data and reporting requirements.
• Prepare technical documentation for analytical processes, code, and reports. Prepare clear, concise, and actionable reports to present findings to clinical or non-technical stakeholders. Translate business needs into technical specifications and work with data engineers or developers to implement data pipelines and reporting systems.
• Define KPIs, success metrics, and benchmarks related to clinical performance or outcomes.
• Utilize R programming to perform statistical analyses on clinical datasets, including hypothesis testing, regression modeling, survival analysis, and other advanced statistical methods.
• Automate the reporting process to streamline data extraction, transformation, and reporting workflows.
