Mō te Tūranga | About the Role   

As an Associate Solution Architect, your primary focus will be on supporting the Domain Architect(s) in shaping the technology strategy for the intermediated insurance business in Australia and New Zealand, and delivering architectural solutions in line with the strategy  

 

Key Responsibilities:  

  

  • You will demonstrate proven capability in mapping out the technology used to support the trading business and identify where that technology is in its lifecycle to aid in the development and documentation of technology strategy. 
  • You will be working with our solution architect team to make informed architecture decisions that guide technology selection and implementation. 
  •  Assist the solution architecture team in collaborating with key technology teams to deliver and manage the technology that underpins our intermediated business. 

  

 

This is permanent opportunity for a candidate based anywhere in Tāmaki Makaurau (Auckland )  

  

  

 

Ōu Pūkenga | About You   

  

 

The ideal candidate will have:  

  

  • Experience in the financial services industry, with preference for insurance industry experience.  
  • You may have experience with consulting to insurance organisations and advising on technology strategy alternatives  
  • Proven experience  in application development, design, or service desk experience.  
  • Good communication skills, particularly in translating technical concepts into business terms.  
  • Tertiary qualifications in science, engineering, computer science, business information systems, or similar disciplines.
