Associate Software Engineer

Paradigm is seeking a Associate Software Engineer role to support our client, a global leader in the legal industry. The roles primarily focus will be hands-on support, enhancing and implementing client requests into our clients Print workflow leveraging .NET and SQL technologies. Acts as a resource for other software engineers; and a liaison between department manager and other analysts, as well as the business team.

Type: 12 Month Contract

Location: Fully Remote (United States), Central Time Zone Preferred

As a Associate Software Engineer you will:

• Use Agile Scrum SDLC methodologies in the full life cycle software development process including requirements analysis, software design, prototyping, programming, debugging and testing of system software production applications.
• Participate in technical design and implementation.
• Proactively raises issues if specification will lead to quality, system performance, or architectural issues in product.
• Collaborate with fellow developers in areas of expertise as well as members of business unit.
• Develop, debug and deliver enterprise applications.
• Proactively mentor fellow developers in areas of expertise.

Requirements

Our Skills and Wishlist includes:

Demonstrable knowledge of the following technologies: C# and SQL

Self-starter capable of working on small teams in a fast-paced environment

Familiar with all aspects of the software development life cycle

Outstanding troubleshooting skills

Proven problem solving abilities and creative thinking

Bachelors degree in Computer Science or related discipline (degree is not required)

2 years of software development experience

1 years of experience with C#
