As an Associate Project Finance Analyst you will prepare analyses and metrics for reporting both internally to management and externally to clients.  You will develop, refine, and enhance business tools to create automation in process.  You will work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment using creative techniques to solve problems and address challenges raised by project teams, clients, and management. 

Position Accountabilities/Responsibilities:

·       Develop, refine, and enhance business tools to create automation in reporting and business practice.

·       Analyze operational project data as it pertains to relevant financial metrics.

·       Create back-end reporting out of CAIR.

·       Manage portfolio of time and materials projects and report monthly revenue.

·       Manage the timekeeping process in CAIR and ensure all time submitted is approved in a timely manner including follow-up with resources and managers.

·       Prepare monthly invoices and deliver to client:

o   Preparation of monthly invoices

o   Reconciliation of work completed to date against invoicing for directs

o   Ensure indirect invoices from ERP are processed and connected to correct budget lines

o   Follow-up on open A/R and collections

o   Unbilled revenue reconciliations monthly

·       Prepare consolidated monthly portfolio level reports for management review:

o   Gross Margin Analysis

o   Revenue

o   Hours Overburn/Underburn Analysis

o   Backlog

·       Automate monthly analysis and accounting reconciliation for revenue and project related expense accounts, and balance sheet accounts:

o   Deferred Revenue and Client Advances

o   Partner & Hosted analysis and reporting

o   Indirect cost analysis and reporting

o   Contractor cost analysis and reporting

o   Other direct cost analysis and reporting

·       Prepare metrics and/or slides for monthly and/or quarterly client reviews.

·       Prepare ad hoc analyses as requested by management.

·       Assist with currency exchange and inflation management

·       Assist with audit related tasks

·       Assist with Change Notification Forms (CNF)

·       Assist with special projects as assigned.

Position Qualification Requirements:

Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, Accounting, or other related field.

Experience:
