As an Associate Operator, you’ll be responsible for the fermentation process to produce algae-based end products. Safely perform various operational functions in assigned area of the Fermentation department to support the production goals and quality standards.

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for shipping/receiving, reconciliation, and storing of materials in warehouse areas. Ensure items are inventoried properly and prepare materials for use in production areas.
- Use of Company vehicles (to include forklifts) and equipment to load/unload and transport materials in a safe manner.
- Complete accurate documentation and maintain correct inventory of items; adhering to GMP practices and paperwork requirements.
- Repackage and preparation of materials for use in production areas, may involve converting measurements between standard and metric versions.
- Transfer of materials to and from rail cars, attach flanges and couplings to prepare cars for use and break down for return, which requires bending, stooping, and crawling under rail cars.
- Transfer of materials to and from road tankers and rail cars, which requires climbing vertical ladders to perform various tasks on top of rail cars and over the road tankers.
- Additional accountability and responsibilities provided by leadership.
