POSITION LOCATION:
This position is eligible for a hybrid schedule based out of Deerfield, IL. Effective fall 2025, Fortune Brands will transition to a new world-class campus in Deerfield, bringing together associates from across our U.S. offices, brands, and functions. The campus will offer vibrant workspaces for collaboration, along with amenities for dining, onsite daycare, fitness and recreation.
Job Description
The Associate National Account Manager manages the strategic partnership of Master Lock, Yale, and Sentry Safe® products through online sales channels in the U.S. and Canada. This is a key sales role responsible for collaborating with customers and cross-functionally within other various customer departments.
The ideal candidate will be actively developing sales strategies and deploying tactics to grow sales in channels like Amazon, Wayfair and more. You’ll be providing data, analytics, and
insights to the team and other cross-functional groups within the organization, such as Demand Planning, Category Management, Finance, RGM, and Supply Chain.

RESPONSIBLIITIES:
- Analyze POS data, inventory, orders, and competitive trends to identify growth opportunities and develop action plans for product category expansion.
- Provide insights on emerging competitors and market share shifts to support Category Management strategies.
- Evaluate assortment productivity and sales performance to guide decisions on advertising, promotions, and content optimization.
- Utilize Amazon Retail and Brand Analytics to generate reports and present actionable findings.
- Align company resources to capitalize on growth opportunities and achieve annual sales and profitability targets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create accurate 12-month SKU forecasts aligned with channel and financial plans.
- Monitor demand indicators, including glance views and conversion data, to anticipate shifts and inform business strategies.
- Analyze conversion and search metrics to track product performance against category benchmarks.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance efficiency, reduce costs, and improve margins.
- Develop pricing strategies based on historical performance and promotional impact to maximize revenue.
- Partner with teams across Category Management, Merchandising, IT, Customer Service, Manufacturing, Distribution, Engineering, and Sales to drive continuous product and program improvements.
- Support strategic initiatives through tactical operating plans and budget development.
- Manage catalog performance by analyzing sales migration during stockouts, buy box changes, and new product introductions.
- Oversee travel and expense budgets and manage financial account responsibilities for the business unit.
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of national account sales experience, preferably in consumer durables
- Strong understanding of Amazon selling environment; Pure Play experience strongly preferred
- Proven success in e-commerce and marketplace sales; online merchandising experience preferred
- High proficiency in Excel, Tableau, and data analysis
- Strong financial acumen with ability to interpret P&L and make profitabl
