Associate Merchandiser, TNF AMER 

What will you do? 

A day in the life of the Associate Merchandiser at The North Face looks a little like this. 

Reporting to the Merchandising Managers, you will work day-to-day with the AMER Regional Merchandising team you are responsible for ensuring that the systems reflect the decisions made on products. You will learn about the full product creation and merchandising process.   

Let’s break down that day-in-the-life a bit more. 

• Product line – Drive and manage quality of regional data in PLM systems  

• Data Master file: Fill in the file, by doing v-lookups with older season and checking each style composition in Enovia.  

• Support content deliverables for the region, ensuring GTM milestone deliverables are aligned to marketplace needs and accuracy.  

• Assist with meeting preparation which may include sample management and showroom set up. 

• SKU list management for their category.  

• Add all the styles, fill in all the columns with all the information, update the file every time there is a change/drop. ·  

What do you need to succeed? 

The foundation skills you will need in this position are: 

• Must be detail oriented, precise and organized. 

• Must have strong communication and interpersonal skills 

• Must be problem-solver. 

• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple projects/seasons simultaneously. 

• Must be proficient in PowerPoint, Word and Excel 

• Location: Based in Denver, Colorado. 

There are also a few skills that are not required but preferred. 

• Education: Bachelor's degree. A master's degree is a plus. 

• Educational position requirements: A formal education and subsequent undergraduate/graduate degrees are nice to have, but we are most interested in your total experience and professional achievements.
