Associate Manager, Treasury

The Treasury Associate Manager joining the #FreshFam will support the US and Global Finance teams in driving corporate treasury strategy, leading US cash management and payment process and providing oversight of daily treasury operations.

You will ...

• Work directly with Executive Leadership and Global Treasury teams to support treasury activities
• Own relationships with external banks, consultants and advisors to successfully execute treasury strategy
• Monitor and analyze the Company’s daily cash position to cover cash commitments and optimize short-term borrowing
• Collaborate with Accounts Payable on daily payment activity
• Oversee payable/receivable fraud prevention processes
• Support the Group Treasury team in preparing global cash management reports and global cash forecasts
• Manage and mentor our Treasury Analyst
• Drive value through strategic working capital optimization initiatives
• Collaborate with Accounting team on monthly and annual  financial reporting and external audit tasks

You are...

• Familiar with finance, accounting, and banking concepts
• Familiar with (or eager to learn) Oracle, Kyriba TMS, and bank system connectivity
• A data driven person with experience in running detailed Excel reports
• Someone with excellent communication, organizational and time management skills
• Ability to balance attention to detail with relentless prioritization
• Ability to manage a high-volume workload efficiently and effectively
• Must be a self-motivator
• Ability to maintain confidentiality

At a minimum, you have...

• Bachelor’s degree in finance, accounting, economics, or a related field
• 3-4  years of corporate finance experience
• Experience with Kyriba TMS a plus
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google Suite

New York Pay Range$82,500—$110,000 USD
