Associate Manager, Marketing Operations & Production
Primary Purpose: The Associate Manager is primarily responsible for managing the execution of branding and packaging assets for Marketing and Creative programs. Associate Manager will also assist in the execution of 2D assets for, 360 initiatives, licensing projects, and bulk collateral.

· Establish timelines and assign clear achievable milestones with stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
· Maintain project timeline. Clearly communicate project scope, timing, and tracking with cross functional stakeholders and external partners for the on-time delivery of assets.
· Act as gatekeeper for creative requests to ensure projects have clear direction and focus prior to initiating to the Creative team.
· Support Senior Manager on execution of all project initiatives from concept approval through to completion.
· Assist in preparation for cross functional team meetings, providing clear agendas and meeting recaps.

· Ability to multi-task under tight deadlines and have strong sense of urgency.
· Experience with developing schedules and timelines for multiple projects.
· 2+ years of project management experience; equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered
· Experience using project management software such as Workfront preferred.
