The Associate Manager, Learning delivers world-class development experiences to corporate employees around the globe. Supporting multiple brands, primarily Pizza Hut and corporate functions, this role ensures learning solutions are executed with excellence, grounded in insights, and continuously evolving to meet the needs of our people. This position blends program delivery, stakeholder management, and data-driven insight to enable meaningful capability growth and a differentiated employee experience. This is a hybrid role, open to candidates in Louisville, Kentucky, or Plano, Texas, with occasional travel to support key learning events.

Salary Range: $99,200 - $116,700 annually + bonus eligibility. This is the expected salary range for this position. Ultimately, in determining pay, we'll consider the successful candidate’s location, experience, and other job-related factors.

  • Serve as the primary Learning & Development partner for assigned brand groups (Pizza Hut), building strong relationships with People & Culture Business Partners and supporting the delivery of global development programs.
  • Lead the execution of learning programs across virtual and in-person environments, ensuring seamless logistics, effective facilitation, and a consistent learner experience.
  • Leverage technologies, digital tools, and emerging AI capabilities to enhance program delivery and streamline operations.
  • Facilitate select global learning experiences and provide hands-on support to internal and external facilitators to ensure high-quality execution.
  • Translate brand strategies, learner demographics, and evaluation data into insights that inform delivery decisions and ensure learning is relevant, inclusive, and impactful.
  • Partner closely with the Design Center of Excellence by sharing learner feedback, insights grounded in themes and key data, and trends to inform program iteration, experience enhancements, and solution refinement.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience delivering Learning & Development programs in a complex/global environment.
  • 5+ years of experience in learning delivery, talent development, or program/project management, with proven ability to manage multiple programs, stakeholders, and timelines while maintaining operational excellence.
  • Comfort using digital learning platforms, LMS/HRIS systems, collaboration tools, and ability to interpret learner data and feedback to inform continuous improvement.
  • Strong communication, relationship-building, and collaboration skills across global teams and stakeholders.
  • Ability to facilitate engaging Learning programs in both virtual and in-person environments.
  • Willingness to travel 2–3 times per quarter to support program delivery and key learning events
