Position Summary:
This is a remote based role and can be located anywhere in the United States but must be able to support PST working hours.

What you will do-
The Associate Manager, HRBP is responsible for executing the talent strategy, providing a consistent experience to managers and employees, and supporting and executing the engagement strategy for the aligned client groups. You will provide HR partnership to managers focusing on the work environment, employee relations, employee retention and business processes by executing the defined HR strategy. The Associate Manager, HRBP possesses a solid understanding of all HR functions and works with managers and/or HR partners across all talent processes.
Human resources expertise
- Applies policies and procedures across organization; assists in the interpretation and administration of company policies and guidelines and will advise and counsel others in equitable application
Relationship management
- Effectively builds strong partnerships with managers to ensure HR resources are effectively provided to each group
Business acumen
- Provides guidance on HR matters, partnering with subject-matter experts to develop needed solutions
- Uses knowledge of business and HR metrics to facilitate business decisions
Consultation
- Partners with managers and HR to implement business solutions, utilizing HR expertise and perspective; supports managers on HR projects
- Coaches managers on HR and business-related issues
- Executes programs, policies, and procedures to drive an engaged and performing organizational culture
HR insights
- Analyzes and presents data to managers and recommends solutions that support the culture and the defined HR strategy
- Analyzes root causes of work environment issues; manages interventions and solutions in collaboration and cooperation with key stakeholders
What you need-
- Bachelor's degree or 6+ years of equivalent experience in addition to the below requirement required
- 6+ years of work experience required
- 3+ years business-facing HR, HR COE, HR Operations, or role-related experience preferred
- Experience managing complex employee relations/performance management matters preferred
- Strong facilitation, consulting, relationship-building, influence, negotiation skills, and complex project management skills preferred
- Demonstrated ability to build relationships and influence different groups preferred
85,500k - 182,100k salary plus bonus eligible + Benefits (Health, Vision, Dental, 401K, Tuition Reimbursement, Employee Assistance Program, Wellbeing Program, Employee Stock Purchase Program). This information reflects the anticipated salary range for this position based on current national data. Actual minimum and maximum may vary based on location. Individual pay is based on skills, experience, and other relevant factors.
