The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) organization is seeking multiple Associate Lab Technician to join the Little Mountain Test Facility team in Hill Air Force Base/Ogden, UT.

The LMTF is a remote Government owned facility located in Ogden, UT. The facility is incredibly unique, however there are very limited amenities. Our standard work week is 4 x 10 hour shifts per week, however flexibility is required for this position in order to support operations and testing. Training is provided as often as possible; however, this position will require someone who is proactive and willing to learn the unique execution of the site, operations, and various test contracts, continuously seeking solutions to a variety of challenges. 

Position Responsibilities

• Provides technical support for maintenance, repair and preventive measures that ensure continued safe and economic operations for customers.

• Applies technical knowledge to research, develop, test and evaluate operations, support programs, modifications, repairs and technical data.

This position is expected to be 100% onsite.  The selected candidate will be required to work onsite at the listed location.

This position requires the ability to obtain a U.S. Security Clearance for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.  An interim and/or final U.S. Secret Clearance Post-Start is required.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

• Education/experience typically acquired through advanced education (e.g. Associate) and typically 1 or more years' related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience (e.g. Bachelor, 3 years' related work experience, etc.).

• Ability to obtain DoD security clearance

• Manual machine operator – CNC, Lathe, Grinders, etc.

• Radiation environment testing experience

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

• Active DoD Secret security clearance

• Ability to perform responsibilities as outlined above

• Oscilloscopes experience

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. 

Associate Level 2 Summary pay range: $ 65,450 - $ 88,550
