At least high school graduate or minimum 2 years college level 

at least 1-2 years relevant experience as test operator in a quality control or manufacturing environment 

Experience in testing using FLEX handler 

Basic computer skills for inputting test data, reports generation and using test software 

With good communication skills for reporting test results or quality issues to higher ranks 

Understand test procedure and quality standards 

Ability to follow written and verbal instructions 

Ability to work independently

Willing to work on shifting schedule / overtime depending on production needs 

May require standing and manual handling of materials for extended periods 

Support reliability activities through handtesting  

Support and monitor routine maintenance and calibration of fixtures 

Follow cleanroom protocol 

Adhere to safety, quality and ESD controls
