About the role
The Associate Industry Architect is a product specialist who supports the development of Intapp’s templated Industry Solutions through configuration, research, and cross-team collaboration. This role contributes to creating scalable best-practice solution patterns that improve the way our products are sold, implemented, and adopted.

Reporting to a Director of Industry Solutions, the Associate Industry Architect partners with senior architects to design, configure and enable the solutions that are the key output from the Industry Solutions team.
What you will do:
Solution Development: Contribute to the development, validation and documentation of best practice solution configurations in accordance with the quarterly release cadence
Build and maintain best-practice configurations within Intapp products following established patterns and design principles
Collaborate with Product Teams to understand how to optimally leverage new product features and prepare structured feedback for enhancement requests
Enablement: Prepare demonstrations, documentation, and internal training content to ensure client-facing teams are ready to provide the best possible solution and experience to clients
Field Support: Provide tactical support such as answering configuration questions, preparing demo environments and gathering structured feedback from client-facing teams
Research: Maintain awareness of industry trends, competitive solutions, and product capabilities, and synthesize findings for use in solution development
Participate in discovery sessions, internal or client-facing, as a supporting contributor
Perform research for future roadmap planning and validation
What you will need:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience. 2-4 years of relevant experience in a services, pre-sales, client success or similar technical, client facing role at an enterprise software company
Hands-on configuration of DealCloud, Salesforce, MS Dynamics or an equivalent platform
Experience with AI prompt engineering and/or agentic workflow builders is a distinct advantage
Ability to interpret business needs and translate them into solution requirements
Technically adept; able to learn how to configure Intapp applications through hands-on practice
Strong attention to detail, with the ability to follow established patterns and processes
High energy, collaborative, and eager to learn from senior team members
Demonstrated professionalism, adaptability, and the ability to work both independently and as part of a team environment
Comfortable presenting in team settings with strong written and verbal communication skills
