Description
The Facilities group has a need for SAP EAM information coordination and entry from a skilled individual familiar with the systems, specifically as it relates to maintenance management.
Summary of the position:
- Work with personnel to obtain information surrounding maintenance parts, task lists and associated data.
- Participate in the collaboration among Facilities to populate and execute data entry in the EAM system.
- Review validation plan(s) as they relate to data transfer by Global Information Services team.
- Perform data validation on all Facilities records loaded into EAM system. • Provide periodic status updates via team meetings.
- Conduct user training for Facilities personnel.
- Perform data entry, execution and/or oversight for other related EAM activities.
- Must have in-depth SAP user and setup experience.
- Plans, designs, develops and performs quality assessments on data elements and structures to document and evaluate integrity, completeness, quality, and appropriateness of formats, records and structures.
- Configures, operates, and develops manual and/or automated methods, processes and procedures to test output or input based on data compliance, quality and use requirements as established by product management, client specifications, and governance programs.
- Performs regular and ad hoc reviews, audits, and investigations of data activity and integrity; prepares reports and summaries of findings.
- Produces and updates guidelines and documentation of test development processes, procedures and standards.

- Changes to individual responsibilities may occur due to business needs.
- Maintenance Management System experience is highly preferred.
- Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience; or equivalent work experience.
