About the Team
The DoorDash Enterprise team is responsible for the strategic vision, acquisition, and development of the largest restaurant groups in North America. Given the scale of our key partners, this role is critical to DoorDash’s growth and success in every market in which we operate. As an Associate on the Enterprise team, you will deliver and support an operational game plan for our top strategic partners and work cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, and product to drive our business forward.
About the Role
You will report to the Manager, Enterprise Partnerships, on our Enterprise Account Management Restaurants team in our Enterprise Organization. Once our offices reopen, we expect this role to be hybrid, with some time in the office and some time remote.

Relationship Management
- Build and manage direct relationships with important partners throughout each brand, leading weekly partnership calls, providing reporting, and ensuring Merchant-first needs are met at all levels
- Operationalize the development, adoption, and scaling of opportunities to grow our partners' digital businesses with our largest convenience partners (i.e. launching new stores, expanding menus, pitching and building marketing campaigns, etc.)
- Help build client-facing materials (e.g., Quarterly Business Reviews, weekly partnership reporting)
- Severe as the quarterback to the wider Enterprise Account Management Restaurants team, supporting several Account Managers as the dedicated contact for all customer success-related matters, including but not limited to problem-solving day-to-day tactical issues for Merchant and ensuring overall Merchant support on the DoorDash platform
Data Analysis & Operational
- Build new and leverage existing analytics for our clients to provide insights for our largest convenience accounts
- Develop a deep expertise in how DoorDash’s processes, systems, and resources work, and how to use them to promote positive outcomes for our Merchants
- Liaise internally with partnership leads and cross-functional partners to guide special projects (i.e. store-level analysis of cancellation rates to identify areas of operational improvement, evaluating/troubleshooting escalated feedback)
- Oversee continued operational success for existing clients by managing the implementation of expansion plans (onboarding, development/scaling of support channels and processes)

Qualifications
- 3-4 years of experience in client success, consulting, account management, or sales, and direct enterprise account/client management (client/merchant facing)
- Experience working closely with clients and owning a book of business as their point of contact for success and support-related matters
- Proven success working in cross-functional teams (e.g., with product, marketing, and operations) to build creative solutions
- Expert communication and interpersonal skills
- Bachelor’s degree

- Experience with marketplaces, operations, logistics, or unit economics
- Proficiency in one or more analytics & visualization tools (e.g., Sigma, Google Products)
- Knowledge of CRM software (e.g., Salesforce)
