Revolution Medicines is a late-stage clinical oncology company developing novel targeted therapies for patients with RAS-addicted cancers. The company’s R&D pipeline comprises RAS(ON) inhibitors designed to suppress diverse oncogenic variants of RAS proteins. The company’s RAS(ON) inhibitors daraxonrasib (RMC-6236), a RAS(ON) multi-selective inhibitor; elironrasib (RMC-6291), a RAS(ON) G12C-selective inhibitor; zoldonrasib (RMC-9805), a RAS(ON) G12D-selective inhibitor; and RMC-5127, a RAS(ON) G12V-selective inhibitor, are currently in clinical development. As a new member of the Revolution Medicines team, you will join other outstanding professionals in a tireless commitment to patients with cancers harboring mutations in the RAS signaling pathway.
The Opportunity
Reporting to the Director, Analytics and Insights, the Associate Director, US Field Analytics will serve as a key analytics partner to Revolution Medicines’ field organization and Commercial leadership. This role combines strong hands-on analytical capabilities with strategic thinking and business partnership to improve field strategy, deployment, execution, and performance.
The Associate Director will support RevMed field teams broadly, leading analytics and insights across areas including segmentation and targeting, field performance measurement, dashboards and reporting, territory design and alignment, and resource optimization.
The successful candidate will be equally comfortable working directly with complex data and partnering with senior business leaders by translating business questions into clear, actionable recommendations through rigorous analysis.
Responsibilities
Field Analytics & Strategy

Lead analytics supporting the design, deployment, and ongoing optimization of RevMed field teams, including field force sizing and structure, territory design and alignment, resource allocation, and geographic opportunity assessment.

Develop and evolve customer and account segmentation, targeting, and prioritization approaches to support effective field engagement.

Own field KPIs, performance measurement frameworks, dashboards, scorecards, and reporting, providing leadership with visibility into performance and opportunities at the national, area, region, territory, account, and customer levels.

Conduct advanced and ad hoc analyses to identify business drivers, risks, and opportunities and inform decisions related to field strategy, customer engagement, deployment, and execution.

Support launch readiness and post-launch optimization.
Analytics & Technical Leadership

Serve as a hands-on analytical leader, independently accessing, integrating, analyzing, and interpreting complex commercial datasets using analytics languages (SQL/Python), Excel, and business intelligence tools such as Power BI.

Develop scalable analytical solutions and automate recurring analyses and reporting where appropriate.

Partner with IS teams to define data and analytical requirements and ensure field analytics solutions are accurate, reliable, scalable, and fit for purpose.

Establish and maintain strong standards for field analytics, including metric definitions, methodologies, data quality, documentation, and governance.
Business Partnership & Execution

Serve as a trusted analytics thought partner to field leaders and senior Commercialization stakeholders.

Proactively identify emerging business questions and opportunities.

Partner cross-functionally with Field Leadership, Sales Operations, US Analytics & Insights, Marketing, Omnichannel, IS, and Medical functions.

Drive adoption and effective use of targeting, dashboards, metrics, and analytical tools through ongoing partnership, communication, and training with field teams and leaders.

Manage multiple concurrent initiatives and external analytics partners as needed, delivering high-quality work in a fast-paced and evolving environment.
Required Skills, Experience and Education:

Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative or business-related discipline.

8+ years of progressive experience in commercial analytics, field analytics, sales analytics, commercial operations, or a related function within pharmaceutical, biotechnology, or healthcare organizations.
