Manages stakeholders’ perceptions and expectations with all IT services and capabilities

Align with the business and external customers  to drive requirements and gathers functional needs and present to IT Governance

Maintains oversight for all IT services and solutions provided to assigned business and external customers, drive high-quality service delivery and customer satisfaction in the area of responsibility

Negotiates agreements and commitments by facilitating communication between business stakeholders and IT from initial requirements to final delivery.

Responsible for managing the business process improvement /analytic reporting platform /tools (Celonis)

Understands financial KPIs and impact of IT investment(s) on business results

Service Development & Delivery Leadership for a portfolio of applications Logistics  

Ensure business priorities for new or changes products/services are in alignment with the desire business outcome

E2E experience and knowledge in Planning & delivery aspects of the supply chain chain

Lead and manage process and system integrations for various project/programs

Lead and deliver major enhancements with support partners 

Review and approve changes in the applications landscape in the area of responsibilities

Lead problem Management and resolution

Responsible for budget for the area of ownership
