As an Associate Director, Strategy at Hawkeye, you will be working with one of our largest accounts to provide strategic direction for direct marketing, with a focus on direct mail, email, and digital media. You will collaborate with account leadership and data and analytics teams to help shift client and internal team mindsets towards performance-focused marketing.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare creative briefs and learning agenda presentations for clients
• Develop test and learn plans for owned channels and help clients and internal teams think about communication through the eyes of our clients’ consumers
• Work productively with account and data and analytics teams to build performance-based marketing strategies
• Navigate and consult on the digital ecosystem, advising on the best application for tools like dynamic creative optimization (DCO)
• Develop, support, and execute use cases for first- and third-party datasets 
• Advise and oversee junior strategists to ensure positive outcomes across concurrent projects

Qualifications

• 8+ years experience in strategy, marketing, or a comparable field
• Experience planning for email, digital, CRM, branding, and/or advertising
• Experience in financial services such as banking, insurance, or investments
• Excellent storytelling, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong organizational and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects concurrently
• Ability to collaborate and motivate cross-functional teams to achieve positive outcomes

The benefits offerings listed are available to eligible U.S. Based employees, are reviewed on an annual basis, and are governed by the terms of the applicable plan documents.

Compensation Range: $106,500 - $122,500. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. For this role, the Company will offer medical coverage, dental, vision, disability, 401k, and paid time off.
