Position Description: Associate Director, Salesforce Business Analyst

Grade: 11 (For Internal Purposes)

The Role: You will be responsible for working closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to enhance and optimize the Salesforce suite of products.

The ideal candidate will manage and deliver components of engagement that includes analysis of current state business process and technology, process and functional design, future state prototyping and development related to Salesforce platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with sales, marketing, and other counterparts to understand business processes.
  • Design, develop and align strategic goals and objectives with key decisions regarding Salesforce.com products and business solutions
  • Develop a Salesforce implementation plan for the business unit based on a situational awareness of various business scenarios and motivations
  • Collaborate across business segments to find opportunities and showcase ideas in the Innovation and emerging business pipeline
  • Gather requirements and recommend solutions leveraging Salesforce.com (strong bias toward native Salesforce functionality).
  • Translate business needs into solution architecture requirements
  • Lead agile development teams to design and implement innovate solutions with a focus on adhering to standards and best practices
  • Provide advice on best practices and approaches to technology teams and internal business clients
  • Perform tasks such as modifying security settings, establishing workflow rules, and generating reports and dashboards

Qualifications:

  • B.S. degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, MIS or equivalent combination of relevant work experience and education
  • Experience in business analysis and technology implementation in enterprise environments
  • Experience implementing or administering Salesforce Automation software in enterprise environments including identifying business requirements, collection of use cases/user stories, process design, testing, training and implementation support
  • Strong expertise in at least two of the following areas is required:
    • System Implementation, Change Enablement & User Adoption
    • Salesforce.com Sales Force Automation
    • Salesforce.com Service & Support
    • Salesforce.com Communities and Mobile
    • Salesforce.com Force.com platform development
  • Strong project management, problem solving and troubleshooting skills
  • Certifications are a plus: (Salesforce Certified Administrator; Certified Sales Cloud Consultant; Certified Force.com Platform App Builder)

Compensation/Benefits Information (US Applicants Only):

S&P Global states that the anticipated base salary range for this position is $72,300 to $143,800. Base salary ranges may vary by geographic location.

In addition to base compensation, this role is eligible for an annual incentive plan.
