This position has responsibility for assisting the director in managing the operations of the program. Under the direction of and in support of the Director, you will:
• Assist the Director with the recruitment, admissions, and enrollment
• Provide technical and process support for regular and part-time faculty.
• Operational responsibilities including reviewing budget, preparing and processing purchase requests, and working with various internal and external vendors, including Admissions, Business Office, Office of Student Records, Office for Student Success and Marketing Office among others.
• Manage to budget and program strategy, from recruitment and outreach to alumni engagement to relations with partners and associates in the field.
• Supervise and work closely and collaboratively with two Program Coordinators (who have primary responsibility for all student affairs and student life functions in the program, which includes working with various internal and external vendors, such as those that provide classroom space, meals, and student housing; and provide technical and process support for regular and part-time faculty); and
• Work with program faculty, chairs, and academic advisors to advance the effectiveness of their instructional and advisory roles and the overall quality of the program curriculum.
