Job Summary: The Associate Director of Operations for Specialty Services provides advanced operational leadership for multiple specialty practices within Baptist Health Deaconess Medical Group (BHDMG). Specialty practices require deeper oversight due to higher clinical complexity, procedure-driven workflows, specialized staffing models, and physician engagement needs.
This role ensures clinical quality, operational efficiency, financial performance, growth planning, regulatory compliance, and high patient satisfaction across assigned specialty clinics. Success is demonstrated by improved patient access, standardization, strong financial results, and strengthened physician alignment.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required;
- 6–10+ years of healthcare operations experience
- Specialty practice management experience strongly preferred
- Demonstrated ability to lead complex multi-physician operations
