Associate Director, Experience Design

We are the connected marketing agency, a full-service agency with modern creative & media, data, and technology services all under one roof. 

We are connected in the way we think and the way we work. At the heart of our company are great people that we call Unicorns. Our Unicorns are open, bold, and curious and love to solve complex problems for clients in unique ways.

Our Associate Directors, Experience Design make digital products and services people love to use. They are collaborators who bring multidisciplinary teams together to set and drive a vision forward but who aren’t afraid to get their hands dirty making things.

Their backgrounds run the gamut from site to mobile, ecom to campaign, startup to agency but at the heart they are digital natives who love making new things and are exceptionally well versed in the practice of modern digital product creation.

Qualifications

Good. A few things we want to see in you:

• A portfolio chock full of beautiful, usable things on all kinds of devices
• Be well versed in FIGMA and Adobe CS
• A formal graphic design education at a serious design school
• Complete comfort sketching, posting and riffing with your team
• Curiosity
• A fanatical obsession with the quality of what gets launched
• A creative skill I wouldn’t have thought to list here
• The ability to organize, present and defend the work
• Enough development, research, and process experience to be dangerous
• Informed opinions
• At least 6 years experience being sort of amazing

“Compensation Range: $75 - $110/hr. This is the pay range the Company believes it will pay for this position at the time of this posting. Consistent with applicable law, compensation will be determined based on the skills, qualifications, and experience of the applicant along with the requirements of the position, and the Company reserves the right to modify this pay range at any time. This role may be eligible to participate in our freelancer/temporary employee medical plan through a third-party benefits administration system once certain criteria have been met.
