As the Associate Director Value Stream Leader for the Electronics value stream, you will lead the ship-set of products within the value stream for repair planning, supply chain, production, scheduling, quality and logistics to meet customer requirements.   You will be the point of contact for all Customer, Manufacturing, Supply Chain and Quality throughout the product life cycle.  In this role, you will establish tactical and strategic operation plans, inputs to business plans & proposals, projections and program management initiatives, establishes robust control and reporting systems, liaises with program leaders and external customers.

What You Will Do

• Establish key elements of strategic and tactical operation plans.
• Prepare forecast and status of monthly sales performance.
• Ensure alignment with the customer program objectives.
• Manage / coordinate activities to deliver to end customer needs and expectations.
• Primary point of contact to the customer operational discussions and concerns.
• Establish robust control and reporting systems to monitor progress against plans and business metrics.
• Formulate and drive plans, root cause and corrective actions, recovery plans and projections, based on analysis of program metrics and status.
• Travel up to 10%

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires University Degree and minimum 12 years prior relevant experience or an Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 10 years of experience or in absence of a degree, 16 years of relevant experience 
• U.S. citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are authorized to access information under this program/contract 

Qualifications We Prefer

• Experience in a customer facing role
• Demonstrated history working in a leadership role
• Experience with aerospace (commercial and/or military) repair and overhaul
