Full-Time General Dentist – Empire Dental | San Antonio, TX

Lead a Growing PPO & Fee-for-Service Practice on the West Side of San Antonio

Empire Dental is seeking an experienced, patient-focused General Dentist to join our thriving practice in the west end of San Antonio. This is an excellent opportunity for a dentist who is looking to establish roots in a growing practice, lead a clinical team, and build long-term relationships with patients and staff.

We are looking for a doctor with 3+ years of clinical experience who values clinical excellence, enjoys leading a team, and is committed to providing exceptional patient care.

Schedule

• Full-time
• Monday–Thursday (4-day work week)

Compensation & Benefits

• W-2 employee position
• Collections-based compensation model
• Earnings potential of up to $300,000 annually
• Comprehensive benefits package
• Malpractice insurance provided

Qualifications

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Texas dental license (or ability to obtain one)
• Minimum of 3 years of clinical experience preferred
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• Commitment to providing outstanding patient care
• Desire to grow with the practice and make a long-term commitment

Pay Range

USD $175,000.00 - USD $300,000.00 /Yr.
