What you’ll do
Being a Data Science Analyst is about so much more than bringing our coffee to the world. It’s your chance to stir up real success - which means you’ll be:
• Responsible for collecting, cleaning, modelling, analyzing and reporting data from various sources, as well as creating data visualizations and dashboards to communicate your findings.
• Performing exploratory and descriptive data analysis to identify patterns, trends, outliers, and anomalies
• Applying statistical and machine learning techniques to build predictive and prescriptive models and test hypotheses
• Use feature engineering to create new data points that leverage the data to the best of our ability
• Communicating data findings and insights to internal and external stakeholders using clear and concise language and storytelling.
Who you are
It’s your unique ingredients we’re interested in:
• Proven experience in marketing, consumer, or data science analytics roles, ideally within Retail, QSR, or Consumer Services
• Strong academic background in statistics, mathematics, computer science, engineering, or equivalent practical experience
• Advanced programming skills (e.g. PySpark, SQL, Python) with the ability to develop and deploy production-level models and code.
• Experience with the Azure ecosystem (e.g. Azure Databricks, Azure DevOps) and containerization tools like Docker is highly desirable.
• Curious, analytical and solutions-focused mindset. Comfortable navigating complexity, able to juggle large datasets, interrogate what the data is signalling, and proactively identify risks and opportunities.
