In this role, the Associate Data Recon Analyst will leverage multiple tools and data sources to evaluate sponsor-provided documentation—such as fund prospectuses—and accurately translate and input the information into the trading database user interface. The position is also accountable for validating the accuracy, completeness, and timeliness of all mutual fund data inputs.

This position thrives in an agile environment and requires the ability to manage competing priorities, meet tight deadlines, and maintain precision and quality in all work delivered.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:

Assist with projects supporting both client‑facing and internal system enhancements.
Maintain and update department procedures to ensure alignment with current processes.
Collaborate with team members to manage multiple, overlapping customer requests.
Provide customer support through escalation management and clear, comprehensive explanations.
Review, validate, and research industry announcements, resolving any identified discrepancies.
Work cross‑functionally to identify and correct recurring operational or data‑quality issues.
