Job Summary

As an Associate Data Analyst, you will be responsible for collecting, organizing, analyzing, and interpreting data to help support business decisions. They will have a strong analytical background and be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to identify trends and patterns in data. The Associate Data Analyst will use modeling, statistics, trend analysis, and other data analysis techniques to collect, explore, identify, and analyze data.

Job Description

Key Accountabilities

•Collecting and interpreting data from various sources, such as databases, spreadsheets, and other systems.

•Conducting basic analysis of structured and unstructured datasets using statistical tools and software, such as Excel and SQL.

•Developing and implementing data collection systems and other strategies that optimize data quality.

•Collaborating with teams to identify and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and provide insights for business decisions.

•Helping prepare reports and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to management and other stakeholders.

•Identifying areas for improvement in data collection and analysis processes and recommending solutions to improve efficiency and accuracy.

•Maintaining and updating databases and other systems to ensure accurate and up-to-date information.

•Assisting senior data analysts with more complex analyses and projects as needed.

Education, Experience, & Skill Requirements

•1-3 years professional experience in a technology or business field.

•Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.

•Proficiency in statistical analysis tools, such as Excel, SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Python, R Programming, SAS, and/or Data Visualization

•Ability to track and communicate status of team initiatives

•Demonstrated ability to be trustworthy and dependable

•Demonstrate proficient analytic skills and attention to detail

•Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
