In today’s dynamic retail environment, it is an exciting time to be a part of the Customer Development team at Colgate! Our highly results-driven team focuses on the Club & HIPE channels and is dedicated to driving growth for Colgate Palmolive in this constantly evolving landscape. We are passionate individuals and are seeking a team member with the same energy, diligence, and positivity to help us lead change for our business.
As the Associate Customer Development Manager, Club & HIPE you will contribute to the national strategy for the 3 categories: Oral Care, Personal Care and Home Care. You will work against key objectives to improve sales results, market share, and financial return.
The essence of this job is to partner with the Sales team to anticipate innovative portfolio opportunities for retailers. You are the liaison between the commercial organization and internal teams such as Marketing and Supply Chain, ensuring efficient and effective execution of brand and retail strategies. You’ll oversee the end-to-end product development lifecycle, develop and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of new products, including Omni content creation. You will foster innovation and creativity within the team to drive continuous improvement, keep abreast of industry advancements and competitor products to maintain a competitive edge, and contribute to margin enhancement projects with the cross-functional teams.

It’s important to understand business trends in each category and/or account through fact-based analysis to include brand share, pricing, promotion levels, and trade class development along with understanding the efficiency of different investment levers.
- You are adaptable - The business environment is constantly evolving. You’re comfortable with leading ambiguity and making time-critical decisions while maintaining the goal of looking for opportunities to deliver sales and share growth.
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- At least 2 years of experience in sales roles or adjacent experiences
- Google Suite or Microsoft Office proficiency (i.e, Sheets, Slides, Docs)
Preferred qualifications
- Experience working with a syndicated service (Nielsen, IRI) account
- Experience working in consumer product goods
Compensation and Benefits
Salary Range $72,400.00 - $101,500.00 USD
