KlientBoost is a Performance Marketing Agency with offices in Costa Mesa, CA, and Raleigh, NC, plus a fully remote team across 16 states! We’re looking for an Associate Creative Strategist to help us create high-converting ad creatives that crush it across paid media channels.

About the Role

This role is a blend of design, creative strategy, and performance analysis. You’ll have the design skills to create eye-catching ads, but you’ll also have a strategic mindset—knowing how to analyze creative performance, understand trends, and refine creatives to improve results.

Here’s what you’ll be doing:

🎨 Design killer ad creatives. You’ll work in Figma to develop static ads for social and paid media.
📈 Creative strategy. You’ll analyze ad performance using Motion App and apply data-driven insights to improve future iterations.
📊 Project management. You’ll keep projects on track using Asana and collaborate across teams.
📱 Stay ahead of trends. You’ll research what’s working on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube, and beyond to ensure our creative stays fresh and competitive.
🎞 (Bonus!) Video editing & animation. If you can edit short-form video ads or add motion to designs, that’s a big plus.
