Job Description:

Parsons is looking for an amazingly talented Associate Architect (Saudi National) to join our team! In this role, you will support engineering projects by assisting with design, analysis, and technical coordination, gaining hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Assisting in engineering design, analysis, and project development.
• Supporting senior engineers in research, calculations, and technical documentation.
• Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure project alignment.
• Conducting site visits, inspections, and data collection as required.
• Utilizing engineering software and tools to support project tasks.
• Ensuring compliance with industry standards, codes, and best practices.
• Participating in team meetings and contributing to innovative engineering solutions.
• Developing reports, presentations, and technical documentation under supervision.

What Required Skills You'll Bring:

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, or a related field).
• Fresh graduate or up to 1 year of relevant experience.
• Basic knowledge of engineering principles, tools, and methodologies.
• Proficiency in engineering software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or MATLAB (as applicable).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

What Desired Skills You'll Bring:

• Internship or academic project experience related to engineering.
• Familiarity with sustainability and smart engineering solutions.
• Understanding of project management fundamentals.
